About the Owner

Meet Monica

With over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, and business operations, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful a clear financial picture can be. After working in management and systems analysis for both large corporations and startups, I founded Myriad Bookkeeping to bring clarity, confidence, and strategic guidance to business owners.

My focus on assisted living facilities grew from a deeply personal place. Caring for my father during his healthcare journey showed me the unique challenges these businesses face — from financial management and regulatory compliance to coordinating care with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. It became clear that my background, education, and cumulative expertise uniquely position me to guide ALF owners toward financial clarity and long-term growth.

My professional experience spans corporate accounting, finance, and business operations across industries including healthcare insurance, banking, retail, transportation, and manufacturing. Combined with my education — a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration, both with an emphasis in Accounting and Corporate Finance — I provide a strategic, high-touch approach that ALF owners can rely on to make confident, informed decisions.

When I’m not helping business owners take control of their finances, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
